Congatulations to our Yr5 Mathex team!

Last Friday, 4 students from room 4 competed in the year 5 mathex competition in Palmerston North. They competed against 46 other teams from the Manawatu region and came away with a very 3rd place victory! They are very proud of their effort and we, too, are all very proud of them!!! 4. Hey, that's me! When they called out D3 (our table coordinates), my heart was pumping. Out of all the 47 teams in our year level, we came out third?! It was outrageous! The whole team felt real proud, and as a bonus, we got some flash new Mathex pens.
